Job summary

Fremont Bank is seeking a Digital Banking Business Analyst to bridge business units, digital banking stakeholders, vendors, and technology teams. You will analyze needs, document requirements, manage enhancements, and support initiatives across online and mobile banking to improve efficiency and customer experience.

You will collaborate with Compliance, IT, Operations, and Retail teams to implement compliant, scalable digital solutions while maintaining regulatory standards and delivering

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or four years equivalent work experience.
• Experience performing analyses and reporting with spreadsheet tools.
• Experience using productivity tools to document and maintain operational policies and procedures.
• Minimum five years’ experience in financial services, including online and mobile banking.
• Basic understanding of interconnected delivery channels such as online and mobile banking and core host systems.
• Strong analysis, documentation and presentation skills using Word, PowerPoint and Excel; strong research and organizational skills.
• Ability to make objective observations, examinations, evaluations and recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Gather, document, and analyze business requirements for digital banking products, services, and system enhancements.
• Translate business needs into detailed functional requirements and process documentation; create workflow diagrams and user stories.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings to define scope and objectives; conduct gap analyses and propose improvements to digital processes and customer experience.
• Support digital banking platforms (online/mobile), troubleshoot issues, and coordinate resolutions with vendors and internal teams.
• Participate in projects from planning to implementation; coordinate testing (UAT), validation, and defect resolution; prepare implementation plans.
