Job summary

NBH Bank is seeking a Digital Business Analyst Senior to serve as a liaison between internal stakeholders and external vendors, overseeing digital products and services. This hybrid role involves daily operational support, defining requirements, and driving process improvements to enhance client experience and productivity.

The candidate will analyze bank processes, lead design and testing of solutions, and participate in vendor evaluations to ensure effective technology delivery for business

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and related work experience.
• 5-7+ years of relevant job experience

Responsibilities

• Provide daily product + Tier 2 operational support and oversight of the bank’s digital products and services.
• Facilitate communication between internal business units and external vendors/partners.
• Analyze current and future system processes; design, configure/develop and test workflow solutions.
• Research potential new vendors/technologies and assess costs and applicability.
