Job summary

NBH Bank is seeking a Digital Business Analyst Senior to drive solutions for internal business units and external partners. The role includes daily product support, overseeing digital services, and guiding process improvements within a hybrid work environment.

You will work with stakeholders to determine requirements, manage workflows, and evaluate new technologies while ensuring compliance with banking regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Finance, Management or related discipline.
• 5-7+ years of relevant job experience.
• Advanced degree or certification related to field (desirable).
• 8+ years of relevant job experience in banking and related functions.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily Product + Tier 2 Operational Support and oversight of the bank's digital products and services.
• Serve as liaison, facilitating communication between internal business units and external vendors/partners.
• Lead planning, design and execution of department processes, procedures and training.
• Analyze current and future bank system processes and procedures.
• Recommend solutions to improve client experience and increase productivity and efficiency.
• Assist with workflow planning including design, configuration, testing and delivery of solutions.
• Participate in vendor and technology evaluation, costs and applicability with current partners.
