Qualifications

• 3–5 years of Business Analyst experience in banking or financial services.
• Experience with digital banking, online/mobile banking, or financial services systems.
• Strong requirements elicitation and documentation skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and delivery frameworks.
• Gather and document business and functional requirements.
• Analyze current-state and future-state processes; identify gaps.
• Develop user stories, acceptance criteria, workflows, and process documentation.
• Support Agile delivery, testing, defect triage, and UAT; maintain traceability.
