• Provide digital banking support to employees and customers (login, enrollment, navigation guidance).
• Perform daily operational functions in Banno and related systems, including user maintenance and reporting.
• Support testing, implementation, and rollout of digital banking updates and new features.
• Maintain procedures, job aids, and training materials for frontline and support staff.
