Job summary

First State Bank and Trust is seeking an Electronic Banking Representative to deliver outstanding customer service and operational support across online and mobile banking, ACH, and cash management services. You will assist customers with access, troubleshoot issues, and handle service requests while ensuring accurate processing in line with bank policies.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with online banking, mobile banking, ACH, and cash management services.
• Provide prompt, professional customer service by phone and in person.
• Process and verify ACH transactions, stop payments, sweeps, and other electronic banking activities.
• Research and resolve customer issues while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.
• Monitor daily reports and perform operational tasks in accordance with Bank procedures.
• Collect and prepare outgoing Bank mail for USPS delivery.
• Work collaboratively with other departments to provide exceptional customer service.
