U.S. Bank is recruiting for a Hybrid Digital Applications Support specialist focusing on small business accounts. You will assist customers with digital applications, guide them through the process, and leverage CRM tools to track activity and referrals.

The role emphasizes cross-selling opportunities, regulatory compliance, and collaboration across teams to improve the application funnel and customer experience.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Typically two to three years of customer service, sales and/or prospecting experience.

Responsabilidades

• Assist small business customers with digital application servicing needs and direct them to the appropriate sales, service, or support teams.
• Use CRM systems to track customer interactions and referrals.
• Maintain knowledge of business banking products to answer inquiries accurately.
• Log customer interactions and funnel activity in Salesforce and other internal apps.
• Uncover cross-sell and referral opportunities for deposits, credit products, and other solutions.
• Submit referrals and transitions to drive sales funnel completion.
• Ensure all interactions comply with banking policies and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with teams to optimize processes and customer experience.
