Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a Digital Applications Support specialist to assist small business customers with application servicing via chat and phone. You will guide users through the application process and suggest the most relevant next steps to maximize completion rates.

The role requires handling inquiries, navigating CRM tools, and collaborating with sales, service, and support teams to ensure smooth onboarding and accurate guidance on banking products.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Typically 2–3 years of customer service, sales and/or prospecting experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist small business customers with digital application servicing needs and route them to appropriate teams.
• Log customer interactions and track application funnel activity in Salesforce and other internal applications.
• Maintain knowledge of business banking products and services to provide accurate responses.
• Uncover cross-sell and referral opportunities for business deposits, credit products, and other solutions.
• Submit referrals and transition opportunities to drive sales funnel completion.
• Ensure all interactions comply with banking policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Partner with teams to optimize processes and improve customer experience.
