Qualifications

• Two to three years of customer service, sales and/or prospecting experience.
• Thorough knowledge of business banking products and policies, procedures and support systems.
• Proficient in using CRM tools and navigating MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Assist small business customers with digital application servicing needs and routing to sales, service, or support.
• Track customer interactions and referrals using CRM systems.
• Maintain knowledge of business banking products to answer inquiries.
• Log customer interactions and track application funnel activity in Salesforce and internal apps.
• Identify cross-sell and referral opportunities for deposit accounts and credit products.
• Submit referrals and transition opportunities to drive sales funnel completion.
• Ensure all interactions comply with banking policies and regulatory requirements.
• Partner with teams to optimize processes and improve customer experience.
