Job summary

You will identify needs, cross-sell banking solutions, and maintain high levels of service while supporting branch goals. The role also involves coaching junior bankers and ensuring compliance with bank policies.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree preferred or equivalent experience in retail sales or related field.
• Must have at least 6 months cash handling experience.
• Minimum 2 years sales experience in a goal-based environment and 2 years of customer service.
• Minimum 1 year supervisory/coaching experience required.
• Basic knowledge of mortgages and lending services.

Responsibilities

• Identify customer needs and opportunities; cross-sell bank products to customers and referrals.
• Maintain cash handling accuracy and timely processing of transactions.
• Market consumer and small business banking services to existing customers and prospects.
• Meet sales goals via proactive prospecting and community involvement.
• Originate, process and close loan applications; assist with account maintenance and problem resolution.
• Provide exceptional internal and external customer service; coach and mentor other bankers.
