Job summary

Oriental Bank is seeking an Associate, Retail Channels (Digital Adoption) to drive customer adoption of digital channels and support branch teams. The role requires travel across Western and Southern Puerto Rico and regular rotation between branches to implement strategies.

The candidate will deliver proactive service, refer customers to digital options, and collaborate on developing digital channel adoption initiatives, while staying current with Oriental Bank’s digital capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with finance major; required.
• Two years of experience in a financial services company; required.
• Excellent written and verbal English/Spanish; required.
• Knowledge of industry policies and regulations; required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver proactive and dynamic customer service.
• Refer customers to the digital channel options according to needs.
• Support the definition and development of digital channels adoption strategies for clients.
• Visit branches to provide feedback and communicate defined strategies related to digital channels adoption.
• Analyze client behavior to create digital briefs and customer journeys.
