Qualifikationen

• BA Degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field.
• At least two years of customer and account services, sales or collections experience in a call center environment.
• Ability to exercise confidentiality and discretionary judgment; strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication in English and Spanish; proficient with MS Word and Excel.
