Job summary

Cambridge Savings Bank is seeking a Digital Product Manager to own the strategy and delivery of consumer and business digital banking experiences. You will partner with business, technology, and analytics teams to identify customer needs, define capabilities, and prioritize work to create value for customers and the bank.

The role requires 5+ years in product management and 7+ years in customer-facing digital banking.

Qualifications

5+ years of Product Management experience with ability to lead products from concept through implementation.
Demonstrated success building and enhancing digital banking products.
Strong communication skills and ability to influence without direct authority.
Proficiency with Agile product development, backlog management, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

Develop vision, roadmap, and backlog for assigned digital products, aligning investments with customer needs and business strategy.
Bring defined product experiences to life and ensure successful delivery of digital capabilities.
Represent customer voice using research, analytics, and market trends to prioritize opportunities.
Collaborate with engineering, UX, operations, and vendors to deliver secure, scalable digital features.
