Centralbancompany seeks a Product Manager for its Commercial Digital team to lead the end-to-end lifecycle of digital banking products for commercial and small business clients. You will partner with technology, design, operations, and business stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable customer-centric capabilities.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required in business, finance, or related discipline.
2+ years of product management or similar in banking.
Experience with commercial banking and digital servicing journeys.
Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication for technical and non-technical audiences.
Experience within an Agile product development framework.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute product strategies and roadmaps aligned with objectives and customer needs.
Own end-to-end delivery and performance for Commercial Digital products.
Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and discovery to inform direction.
Prioritize backlog and collaborate with tech, operations and cross-functional teams.
Serve as the voice of the customer and translate feedback into insights.
Collaborate with Risk, Legal, Compliance, Marketing, and Sales to support success.
Monitor product performance, identify risks, and report progress to leadership.
Promote continuous improvement through feedback loops and iterative development.
Coordinate dependencies across internal and external teams for seamless execution.
Foster a curious, accountable, customer-first team environment.
