DingoBlu Financial Inc. is seeking an experienced Product Team Lead for Digital Banking to steer product direction and delivery of our evolving digital banking offering.

This individual contributor role focuses on prioritization, roadmap alignment, and collaboration with engineering, design, compliance, and operations to ship customer-centered banking products. The role emphasizes ownership, influence, and process excellence with a path to future people leadership as the team grows.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of product management experience in banking/fintech.
• Solid understanding of banking products (deposits, payments, debit/credit, lending, digital banking).
• Experience delivering products in a regulated environment.
• Ability to partner with and influence engineering, design, compliance, risk, operations, and marketing.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Comfort with ambiguity and drive to deliver results.

Responsibilities

• Own the backlog, priorities, and delivery timeline for retail products.
• Research vendors and/or work with engineers to decide buy vs build for new products.
• Lead cross-functional sessions and align with engineering, design, compliance, and operations.
• Track project plans, surface risks early, and escalate when needed.
• Define OKRs and KPIs and report progress against them.
• Mentor teammates on product craft and process.
