Job summary

The First National Bank in Sioux Falls is seeking a Product Owner for the Digital Banking Experience to drive strategy, roadmaps, and delivery across our digital portfolio. You will partner with stakeholders to identify opportunities, prioritize initiatives, and implement solutions that improve customer experiences and business growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Information Systems, or related field preferred.
• Five or more years of relevant experience in banking, customer experience, product management, digital products, or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Lead with clear direction, providing tools to delegate and elevate growth.
• Translate strategic direction into a clear and actionable roadmap for the Digital Banking experience.
• Develop, maintain, and communicate the Digital Banking roadmap with stakeholders.
• Evaluate customer needs, business objectives, and regulatory considerations to inform priorities.
• Assess and prioritize requests based on value, effort, and urgency.
• Build partnerships across business lines and with Operations, Marketing, Risk, Compliance, and Customer Service.
• Lead initiatives from opportunity through implementation, adoption, and continuous improvement.
• Gather and analyze customer feedback, performance data, and market trends to identify opportunities.
