Job summary

The First National Bank in Sioux Falls is seeking a Product Owner for the Digital Banking Experience to drive strategy, roadmaps, and delivery of the bank’s digital portfolio. This on‑site role partners with Customer Experience, Technology, Operations, and vendors to deliver measurable value and continuous improvement.

You will translate customer needs and business objectives into clear requirements, maintain a prioritized roadmap, and ensure alignment across teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Information Systems, or a related field preferred.
• Five or more years of relevant experience in banking, customer experience, product management, digital products, or related areas.

Responsibilities

• Translate strategic direction into a clear, actionable roadmap for the Digital Banking experience.
• Develop, maintain, and communicate the Digital Banking roadmap with stakeholders.
• Evaluate customer needs, objectives, and technology capabilities to inform priorities.
• Prioritize requests based on strategic alignment, value, effort, and urgency.
• Provide clear priorities and direction to cross‑functional teams.
• Coordinate planned work and decisions across business, technology, and vendor teams.
• Lead initiatives from opportunity through implementation, adoption, and improvement.
• Gather and analyze customer feedback and performance data to drive continuous improvements.
