Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 10+ years of financial services experience.
• 5+ years of experience in the digital space.
• Experience as a people manager.

Responsibilities

• Develop product vision and roadmaps across online banking.
• Lead cross-functional teams to execute digital strategies.
• Partner with Marketing for product positioning and onboarding.
• Assess external platforms and vendor partnerships for strategic impact.
