This individual contributor role guides product direction and delivery, partnering with engineering, design, compliance, and operations to ship impactful banking products. The position offers a clear path to people leadership as the team scales.

You’ll own roadmaps, drive prioritization, and manage stakeholder expectations while balancing regulatory requirements and customer value.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of product management in banking, financial services, or fintech.
• Experience leading projects, workstreams, or cross-functional initiatives.
• Solid understanding of banking products such as deposits, payments, digital banking.
• Ability to partner with engineering, design, compliance, risk, and marketing.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to present to leadership.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, CS, Economics, or related field.
• MBA or product certifications (Pragmatic Institute, AIPMM, CSPO) are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the backlog, priorities, and delivery timeline for retail products.
• Research buy vs build decisions with engineers to support new products.
• Lead cross-functional sessions and drive alignment across teams.
• Track project plans, surface risks early, escalate when needed.
• Define OKRs and KPIs and report on progress against them.
• Mentor teammates on product craft and process.
