Job summary

Blue Sage Solutions is seeking a Technical Program Manager to own end-to-end delivery across our Digital Lending Platform (DLP) — a cloud-based, multi-channel loan origination system used by banks, credit unions, and lenders.

You will manage roadmaps across multiple engineering teams, coordinate with product and external partners, and ensure on-time, within-budget releases while surfacing risks and dependencies early.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years managing technology delivery with multiple stakeholders.
• Mortgage lending domain experience and knowledge of loan lifecycle.
• Proven delivery track record with multiple programs.
• Hands-on Agile delivery with Scrum or Kanban.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery for assigned DLP programs, from intake through release and post-launch validation.
• Coordinate work spanning engineering teams, work streams, and release cycles; sequence delivery so dependencies resolve in the right order.
• Build and maintain integrated program plans that identify critical path, cross-team dependencies, resource needs, and hard external dates.
• Drive the delivery cadence — backlog refinement, sprint planning, cross-team syncs, release readiness reviews, and retrospectives.
• Manage release planning and go-live readiness, including cutover coordination and rollback criteria.
