Job summary

PSECU Pennsylvania State Employees Credit Union in Pennsylvania is seeking an Application Processor - Analyst to process membership applications and service requests from start to finish, verify identity, assess creditworthiness, and flag potential fraud for review.

You will work onsite 9:00am–5:00pm, Monday to Friday, with one day on Tuesdays; high school required; contribute to member experience, risk management, and community service while supporting growth and strong community standards.

Responsibilities

• Process membership applications and set up check cards as specified in the application.
• Handle initial service requests from current members.
• Process name changes and changes of ownership, including adding or removing joint owners.
• Process new member applications received via fax from Financial Education Centers.
• Identify potentially fraudulent applications and account takeover attempts; recommend further review by Financial Crimes Risk Management.
• Verify identity and creditworthiness using OFAC checks, identity authentication reports, credit reports, and other sources.
