Job summary

Isabella Bank is seeking a Digital Banking Specialist to support day-to-day operations of electronic payments and digital services from our Mount Pleasant footprint. After training, you may work in a hybrid model two days per week.

The role reports to the Digital Banking Manager and focuses on delivering secure, efficient digital banking experiences for business and consumer customers.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate degree in business, finance, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of banking experience required.
• Digital banking experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of digital products, features, fees and disclosures.
• Input and process electronic transaction disputes per Regulation E and NACHA.
• Manage card portfolios for business and consumer cards, online/mobile banking, and digital payment platforms.
• Provide direct customer support via phone, online banking, or email for digital banking services.
