• Process and reconcile transactions including mobile deposits and returns.
• Provide back-up support to Fraud Specialists as needed.
• Deliver exceptional customer service via phone, forms and email.
• Ensure compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements.
• Manage Online Account Opening platform and applications.
