Qualifications

• 2+ years experience with digital banking platforms, preferably Banno Digital Platform or similar systems.
• Familiarity with core banking systems, preferably Jack Henry SilverLake.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide Digital Banking support for consumer online and mobile banking, bill pay, eStatements, mobile deposit, and debit card controls.
• Perform daily operations in Banno and related systems, manage user entitlements and reporting.
• Develop and maintain digital banking procedures, training materials and staff guidance.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and information security standards.
