Job summary

You will report to the Digital Banking Manager and support customers via phone, online banking, or email, ensuring accurate processing and documentation of digital banking activities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years banking experience; digital banking experience preferred.
• Experience with digital products and services is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of digital products and services, fees, and disclosures.
• Input and process electronic transaction disputes per Regulation E and NACHA.
• Maintain card portfolios for business and consumer cards, online and mobile banking, and digital platforms.
• Provide direct customer support via phone, online banking, or email.
• Monitor daily operational activities of the Digital Banking Department.
• Identify potential fraud activity and report to the fraud team.
• Troubleshoot digital service issues.
• Assist with digital services documentation including reporting and payments.
• Process and reconcile internal accounts related to digital banking products.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
