• Process add/change requests for e-banking services.
• Maintain remote deposit capture agreements with approvals.
• Handle ACH processing with common exceptions.
• Research, correct and post items as required.
• Review department reports for accuracy.
• Follow OFAC/compliance checks and escalate as needed.
