Job summary

Bank CMG in Madison, WI seeks a Digital Banking Specialist to support the implementation and maintenance of online banking, mobile banking, and digital payments. Responsibilities

Assist in the testing and implementation of all digital banking products. Review before customer go-live date.
Monitor existing digital banking channels for updates with the bank’s core processor and vendor.
Generate reports for monitoring customer data and feedback to identify trends, patterns and opportunities for improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement digital banking initiatives; ensure seamless integration with other aspects of the business.
Ensure digital banking platforms are smooth and seamless when new locations are acquired.
Identify system issues and follow up with appropriate parties to ensure the appropriate corrections are made.
Develop and maintain a strong working knowledge of all digital banking platforms within the bank.
Possess and maintain a high level of knowledge of all regulations that impact digital banking platforms.
