Job summary

Greenfield Savings Bank in Greenfield, MA is seeking a Digital Specialist I to perform a variety of detail oriented daily activities while supporting the bank’s mission in a close, team-based environment. This onsite role starts in Greenfield with a hybrid schedule after training.

You will handle ACH processing, fraud monitoring, customer inquiries, and risk management using Cleartouch, CRM, and related systems.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years Teller/Customer Service experience
• Experience using Microsoft Word/Excel/Outlook
• Basic accounting knowledge
• Accredited ACH Professional (AAP) Certification preferred
• Experience with Fiserv applications preferred

Responsibilities

• Process all ACH Rejects and Returns through core system
• Process Death Notifications from Government entities and branch staff
• Research and process Government Reclamations
• Process ACH Pre-Notes
• Balance the ACH Settlement General Ledger daily
• Assist with processing of fraud-related Debit/ATM card claims and related disputes
• ATM and Mobile Deposit review and exception reporting
• Research and resolve ACH error resolution claims including returns and customer communication
• Provide support for Debit and ATM card questions across Digital channels
• Act as backup SME for various Digital functions
• Assist with customer and account maintenance
• Initiate and complete workflows in CRM and eSign programs
• Perform backup for Deposit Operations staff
• Handle other duties as assigned by supervisors
