• Assist in the testing and implementation of all digital banking products. Review before customer go-live date.
• Monitor existing digital banking channels for updates with the bank’s core processor and vendor.
• Generate reports for monitoring customer data and feedback to identify trends, patterns and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement digital banking initiatives; ensure seamless integration with other aspects of the business.
• Ensure digital banking platforms are smooth and seamless when new locations are acquired.
• Identify system issues and follow up with appropriate parties to ensure the appropriate corrections are made.
• Develop and maintain a strong working knowledge of all digital banking platforms within the bank.
• Possess and maintain a high level of knowledge of all regulations that impact digital banking platforms.
