Job summary

First Capital Bank is seeking a Digital Experience Specialist to deliver exceptional online banking support for internal and external customers. This in-person role requires strong multitasking, prioritization, and knowledge of digital banking products, with a focus on security and compliance.

Responsibilities include processing online banking applications, maintaining digital profiles, and resolving complex issues with the core banking provider. Relocation to the metro area is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• In-depth knowledge of digital banking products and services such as Bill Pay, Zelle, TransferNow, etc.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Fiserv banking software applications.
• At least 2 years of experience with digital banking solutions or a similar role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review and ensure proper completion of online banking applications and maintenance forms submitted by internal staff.
• Process online banking applications and create new clients, accounts, users, services, etc.
• Perform maintenance on existing digital banking profiles, including accounts, users, services, etc.
• Review applicable digital banking reports and activity and perform appropriate actions such as escalation, fraud mitigation, etc.
• Act as the primary point of contact for answering digital banking questions from internal and external customers.
• Assist with customers' routine digital banking needs, including password resets and ancillary service issues.
• Work with core banking provider to troubleshoot and develop resolutions for complex digital banking issues.
• Assist digital banking team with feedback monitoring to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Accurately file completed paperwork and maintain records of customers and maintenance.
• Comply with bank security and operating policies and regulatory requirements (KYC, OFAC, CIP, etc.).
• Maintain cybersecurity awareness and uphold bank and customer security as a priority.
