Job summary

Air Products is seeking a leader for its APCI FCU eCommerce team to guide electronic service and card payment initiatives. You will train and mentor staff, ensure reliable delivery of eCommerce solutions, and collaborate across platforms to improve processes and user experience.

The role emphasizes senior guidance, fraud awareness, and strong stakeholder communication while aligning with corporate policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience with electronic and digital banking services and card payment solutions.
• Strong customer service, creative thinker, problem solver with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; proficiency with Word and Excel.
• Ability to multi-task and work independently within a team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and demonstrate understanding of APCI FCU products and services; explain value and benefits to members.
• Represent APCI FCU courteously, supporting mission, vision and reputation.
• Assist the Director of eCommerce in deploying and administering electronic service and card programs; back-up support.
• Provide leadership through training, coaching and mentoring of the eCommerce staff.
• Collaborate with the team to drive cross-platform synergies and process improvements.
• Ensure eCommerce products remain available and deliver strong user experience.
• Coordinate with third-party partners to open tickets and ensure timely issue resolution.
• Stay current with fraud trends and assist members experiencing fraud.
