Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Identify, gather and write business requirements for Digital Banking products and services.
• Maintain accurate product documentation including processes and release notes.
• Support intake and delivery of smaller enhancements and track work to completion.
• Assist with backlog refinement and define scope and acceptance criteria.
• Develop test plans and validate releases with stakeholders and teams.
• Coordinate testing schedules and post-release validation; support out-of-hours releases.
