Air Products is seeking a diligent Member & Loan Service Representative to join APCI FCU’s Member Services Team. This role serves members in person, by phone, mail, online, and email, balancing transactions, verifying cash and check totals, and upholding operational controls.

Responsibilities include explaining APCI FCU products, processing deposits and IRA requests, and supporting lending and marketing initiatives to grow loans and memberships. A dynamic benefits package is offered.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and confidentiality are required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; proficiency with Word/Excel is expected.
• Multitask and work independently; travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and demonstrate understanding of APCI FCU products and services.
• Represent APCI FCU professionally in line with its mission and reputation.
• Open, modify and close deposit products such as savings, checking and IRAs.
• Process IRA contributions, distributions and transfers.
• Perform financial transactions and balance cash drawers.
• Complete end-of-day reports and resolve out-of-balance conditions.
• Assist with lending and marketing activities to support growth.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and policies.
