Job summary

Capital One in Shreveport, LA is seeking a Branch Ambassador to welcome customers and blend hospitality with digital banking tools. You’ll be the face of a human-centric experience, helping clients navigate deposits, payments, and mobile features while maintaining accuracy and security.

You’ll identify customer needs, educate on digital solutions, and foster a friendly, efficient environment across a high-volume branch, with a focus on service and community connection.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent Certification.
• At least 1 year of Retail, Sales, or Customer Service experience.
• At least 6 months of cash handling experience.

Responsibilities

• Handle high-volume cash transactions with 100% accuracy.
• Educate clients on mobile banking, remote deposit capture, and contactless payments.
• Identify customer needs and pair them with the right digital tools or banking solutions.
• Create a welcoming, hospitality-driven customer experience.
