Capital One Southampton is hiring a Branch Ambassador in Southampton, NY. You will be the hospitality face, helping clients with transactions and digital tools while building relationships and ensuring compliance with security standards.

You will educate clients on mobile banking, deposits, and payments, and identify customer needs to pair them with suitable banking solutions. A flexible, friendly, customer-first approach is essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification is required.
• One year of Retail, Sales, or Customer Service experience is required.
• Six months of cash handling experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Support surrounding Branches as needed within a 50 mile radius and may assist other locations in the region.
• Flexible schedule including weekends with hours subject to change.
• Attend training sessions as required; schedule may differ from primary shift.
• Lift up to 25 pounds and stand/move for extended periods.
• Maintain regular and consistent attendance.
