Capital One Southampton seeks a Branch Ambassador to be the heartbeat of the space, delivering exceptional hospitality while guiding clients through digital tools and banking solutions.

You will handle high-volume cash transactions with precision, educate customers on mobile banking and payments, and identify opportunities to improve their financial journeys in a fast-moving, human-centric environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent Certification.
• At least 1 year of Retail, Sales, or Customer Service experience.
• At least 6 months of cash handling experience.
• Proficient in G-Suite

Responsibilities

• Execute high-volume cash transactions with 100% accuracy and maintain a compliance-first mindset.
• Educate clients on mobile banking, remote deposit capture, and contactless payments.
• Identify client needs and pair them with the right digital tools or banking solutions.
• Greet customers and ensure a welcoming, human-focused environment.
• Provide support to branches within a 50 mile radius and adapt to a flexible schedule.
