Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent Certification.
• At least 1 year of Retail, Sales, or Customer Service experience.
• At least 6 months of cash handling experience.

Responsibilities

• Execute high-volume cash transactions with 100% accuracy and uphold compliance standards.
• Educate clients on mobile banking, remote deposit capture, and contactless payments.
• Identify customer needs and pair them with the right digital tools or banking solutions.
• Greet customers and balance efficiency with hospitality to avoid making anyone feel like 'just a number'.
