Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Builds and nurtures relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow-up.
• Identify solutions for new and existing clients based on their needs while engaging effectively.
• Educate clients on digital products and self-service technologies to meet financial needs.
• Open new consumer and business accounts and process requests including credit applications.
• Provide a consistent optimal client experience and collaborate with branch teams.
