Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• HVACR terminology and product knowledge a plus.
• Proven sales and new market development history.
• Demonstrated success meeting sales goals with data analysis.
• Strong business/problem solving focused on customer service.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Access and Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Develop customer relationships with exceptional service via inquiries.
• Assist in resolving customer relations problems with dealers and end users.
• Seek new business opportunities via outbound calls to customers.
• Identify trends, opportunities, and threats to the core business.
• Educate customers on technologies and grow adoption and usage.
• Consult with customers to increase knowledge of products and programs.
• Communicate effectively externally and internally.
• Document and plan activities in Salesforce (Calendar, Tasks, Events).
• Assess needs, recommend or assist in selection, and negotiate terms.
• Develop sales presentations, proposals, and materials.
• Attend training to stay current with product lines and tech changes.
• Other duties assigned.
