Responsibilities

• Hire, train, and manage a team of automotive salespeople
• Coach salespeople on closing deals and improve performance
• Set sales goals, track progress, and manage teams to meet quotas
• Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening
• Explain product performance, options, and benefits to customers
• Describe all optional equipment/products available for purchase
• Present and demonstrate new/used vehicles professionally
• Overcome objections, close sales, and follow the sales process
• Provide training and support to sales staff and assist in closing deals
