Jenkins Acura in Leesburg, FL seeks an Internet Sales Manager to drive online inquiries into appointments and sales. The role focuses on responding to internet and phone inquiries, outbound calls, and leading the business development department with a customer-first approach.

You will guide a small team, keep CRM and listings current, and collaborate with staff to optimize pricing and vehicle data. A dynamic, professional communicator will excel in our fast-paced dealership environment.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license.
• 1 year of retail sales experience preferred.
• Previous Internet Sales at automotive dealership preferred.
• Experience handling inbound/outbound sales calls.
• Experience with Inventory/CRM systems.
• Ability to write well-composed emails to customers.
• Confident, professional phone manner.
• Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to read and understand rules, policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to internet inquiries with courtesy and professionalism.
• Market to existing customers and prospects using the phone system.
• Enter all customer inquiry data into CRM accurately.
• Generate and confirm sales appointments.
• Update reports daily in the CRM system.
• Price and list pre-owned vehicles; verify website pricing and photos.
• Review files, process gift cards and lead redemptions.
• Create used car ads and participate in budget meetings.
• Coordinate with vendors; keep website listings up to date.
• Manage the BDC team and document performance.
• Maintain high ethical standards and focus on customer satisfaction.
