Job summary

Gresham Toyota is seeking an Internet Sales Consultant to act as the digital engine of the sales floor. You will blend automotive knowledge with CRM mastery to convert online inquiries into high-value appointments and closed deals, delivering a seamless, modern buying experience for every guest.

You will lead with hospitality, manage leads via email, phone, and chat, and align with the Swickard Auto Group’s standards for excellence across a growing West Coast network.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in e-commerce or online sales.

Responsibilities

• Lead Qualification: screen incoming online leads for interest and fit.
• Customer Communication: engage via email, phone, and chat to provide information and build rapport.
• Sales Process: guide leads from initial contact to closing the deal.
• CRM Management: maintain accurate customer interaction records.
• Inventory Knowledge: stay up-to-date on inventory features and benefits.
• Online Marketing: manage social posts and content.
• Other duties as assigned.
