Qualifications

• 2+ years dealership sales experience -- required
• Toyota or Japanese brand experience is a meaningful advantage
• Consistent monthly performance — volume, gross, and CSI
• Strong CRM discipline and follow-up cadence
• Relationship-first approach, earn sale through trust
• Comfortable with text, email, and video follow-up

Responsibilities

• Manage a full sales pipeline with inbound leads, follow-up calls, and repeat/referral guests
• Guide guests through Toyota lineup with product knowledge
• Present vehicles, conduct test drives, and negotiate with transparency
• Collaborate with finance and management for a seamless purchase process
• Meet and exceed monthly targets while maintaining CSI scores
• Stay current on Toyota lineup, incentives, and EV offerings
