Job summary

FactSet seeks an Associate Director of Digital Assets for CGS in New York to drive strategy for cryptocurrencies and tokenized securities, aligning with stakeholders at FactSet, ABA, and the CUSIP Board of Trustees. The role focuses on keeping CGS/ISINs at the forefront of digital asset identification and standards.

You will cultivate relations with exchanges, wallet services, and issuers, and contribute to ISO/ANSI standards work to advance CGS interests.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 12+ years in financial services, including TradFi and digital assets/DeFi.
• Deep understanding of capital markets, instruments, issuance, and reference data.
• Expertise in CUSIP/ISIN/LEI and related standards.
• Knowledge of digital assets: tokenized securities, crypto, wallets, exchanges.
• Experience with industry standards bodies, regulators, or trade associations.
• Ability to drive strategic initiatives and influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement CGS' strategy for cryptocurrencies and tokenized securities.
• Build relationships with exchanges, wallet hosts, and token issuers to keep ISINs/CGS identifiers at the forefront.
• Participate in ISO TC68 and ANSI X9 activities representing CGS interests.
