FactSet is seeking an Associate Director of Digital Assets for CUSIP Global Services (CGS) in New York City. You will shape the overall CGS strategy for cryptocurrencies and tokenized securities, aligning with stakeholders including FactSet, ABA, and the CGS Board of Trustees.

You will build relationships across the digital asset ecosystem, participate in standards work (ISO TC68, ANSI X9), and drive initiatives to keep CGS ISINs as the identifiers of choice.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 12+ years in financial services, with TradFi and digital assets/DeFi exposure.
• Deep understanding of capital markets, securities issuance, and reference data ecosystems.
• Expertise in CUSIP, ISIN, LEI and related industry frameworks.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement CGS strategy for cryptocurrencies and tokenized securities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to keep CUSIP/ISINs fit-for-purpose in digital asset market.
• Cultivate relationships with exchanges, wallet hosts, and token issuers to keep CGS at the forefront.
• Participate in ISO TC68 and ANSI X9 standards activities to represent CGS interests.
