Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 12+ years in financial services, including TradFi and digital assets/DeFi.
• Deep understanding of capital markets, instruments, issuance, and reference data.
• Expertise in CUSIP/ISIN/LEI and related standards.
• Knowledge of digital assets: tokenized securities, crypto, wallets, exchanges.
• Experience with industry standards bodies, regulators, or trade associations.
• Ability to drive strategic initiatives and influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement CGS' strategy for cryptocurrencies and tokenized securities.
• Build relationships with exchanges, wallet hosts, and token issuers to keep ISINs/CGS identifiers at the forefront.
