Job summary

FactSet's CGS unit seeks an Associate Director to drive the strategy for cryptocurrencies and tokenized securities, aligning with stakeholders including FactSet, the ABA, and the CUSIP Board of Trustees.

You will advance CUSIP/CGS ISINs as the leading identifiers in the digital asset market, engaging exchanges, wallet hosts, and issuers while participating in standards activities to shape the future of digital asset identification.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in financial services, including TradFi and digital assets/DeFi
• Deep understanding of capital markets, instruments, issuance, and reference data ecosystems
• Expertise with financial services standards and identifiers (CUSIP, ISIN, LEI)
• Knowledge of digital asset ecosystem: tokenized securities, crypto, wallets, exchanges
• Experience with industry standards orgs, market infrastructure, regulators, or trade associations

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement CGS' overall strategy for cryptocurrencies and tokenized securities
• Collaborate with stakeholders to keep CUSIP/ISINs as the identifiers of choice in the digital asset market
• Cultivate relationships with exchanges, wallet services, and token issuers to lead in identification solutions
• Participate in standards activities (ISO TC68, ANSI X9) to represent CGS interests
