Bank of America in New York, NY, is seeking a Digital Assets Strategy & Program Analyst to support strategy, governance and business planning for the Digital Assets portfolio. You will work across product teams, risk, legal, and finance to coordinate priorities and drive execution on new payment solutions.

Job Description: The Global Payments team is seeking a highly motivated, analytical and collaborative professional to support the development and establishment of Digital Asset solutions. This individual will work across the Digital Asets product team to support strategy, product development, risk governance, business planning and commercialization activities. The ideal candidate is a strong problem solver who is comfortable working in a fast-moving and evolving environment, can manage multiple priorities and is eager to develop expertise in digital assets and emerging payments. This role will provide broad exposure across the Digital Assets portfolio and will serve as an importance execution and coordination source for the team.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Digital Assets team across strategy, product development, governance, and business management priorities.
• Conduct market, competitive and industry research on digital assets, stablecoins, tokenization and related emerging technologies.
• Analyze market trends, client needs and industry developments and translate findings into actionable insights.
• Support development of strategy materials, business cases, presentations and executive-level communications.
• Assist with product development activities, including requirements gathering, roadmap tracking, documentation and project coordination.
• Support risk and governance activities, including assessment, approvals, and action items.
• Coordinate cross-functional workstreams across Product, Technology, Operations, Risk, Legal, Compliance, Finance and other stakeholders.
• Support commercialization and launch activities for new Digital Asset solutions.
• Take on ad hoc strategic and analytical projects to support senior leadership and broader Digital Assets team.

Required Skills

• 3-5 years of experience in financial services, banking, payments, fintech, product management, consulting or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear recommendations.
• Ability to work effectively across multiple teams and influence stakeholders without direct authority.
• Comfortable operating in ambiguous, fast-paced environment where priorities may evolve.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to develop executive-level presentations and materials.
• High level of attention to detail and ability to product accurate, high-quality work.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and other standard business tools.

Pay Transparency details US - NY - New York - ONE BRYANT PARK - BANK OF AMERICA TOWER (NY1100)

Pay range $95,000.00 - $105,000.00 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.

Discretionary incentive eligible. This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan. Employees are eligible for an annual discretionary award based on their overall individual performance results and behaviors, the performance and contributions of their line of business and/or group; and the overall success of the Company.
