Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• 4+ years in product/program/tech delivery roles.
• 4+ years supporting or leading workstreams in technology delivery or business transformation programs.
• Experience creating business requirements, user stories, backlogs, process flows, or implementation roadmaps.
• Experience in digital assets (blockchain, DLT, tokenization, CBDCs, stablecoins, custody or operating models).
• Experience in payments (real-time, cross-border, card networks, ACH, wire, ISO 20022).
• Ability to travel ~50%.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of digital assets and payments product, roadmap, and transformation engagements for banking and capital markets clients.
• Manage day-to-day workstream activities across product strategy, requirements, backlog prioritization, process design, and implementation planning.
• Translate client objectives into BRs, user stories, target-state flows, roadmaps, and delivery artifacts.
• Coordinate with business, operations, engineering, design, risk, compliance, and legal stakeholders.
• Develop analyses, status updates, workshop materials, and recommendations for clients.
