Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• Minimum 5 years experience in financial services, consulting, or a related field.
• Deep understanding of U.S. regulatory environment and digital asset licensing.
• Ability to design and improve risk management frameworks and internal controls.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; capable of clear client deliverables.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% as required.

Responsibilities

• Interpret, design, and deploy controls across the digital asset lifecycle.
• Assess risk, ensure regulatory compliance, and advise on licensing regimes.
• Analyze processes and implement risk mitigations for digital asset activities.
• Monitor regulatory developments and provide current industry perspectives.
• Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to achieve resilience and 24/7 operations.
• Prepare technical analyses, policies, and compliance documentation.
• Educate clients and teams on risk and compliance priorities.
• Identify new risks and opportunities for digital asset businesses.
• Act as a subject matter resource for licensing, risk, and compliance matters.
